Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll send you a replacement or refund once we verify the issue. Don’t forget to check the shrink wrap—if it's broken, let us know right away! -
Wrong Item or Not as Described
If you received the wrong item or something doesn’t match what you expected (color, size, etc.), we’re happy to make it right. Just contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. -
Change of Mind (Shrink Wrap Intact)
Changed your mind? No worries! If the item is unused and the shrink wrap is intact, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, but once we get it back in original condition, we’ll process your refund (minus a restocking fee, if applicable). -
Used Items (Shrink Wrap Broken)
Once the shrink wrap is broken, the item is considered used. We can’t accept returns or offer refunds on used items. -
Return Process
To start a return, just:

- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us with a tracking number.
- Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
